What is YourTack’s customer satisfaction guarantee?

Can I return or exchange a belt if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any quality leather belts or product you buy from YourTack, you may send it back for a refund or exchange. Gift recipients can return a product for an exchange. See Contact Us and the Guarantee page.
Are personalized or custom name products returnable?
Personalized, custom name products are non-returnable.
